(GUIDELINES ON GALAW PILIPINAS: THE DEPED NATIONAL CALISTHENICS
EXERCISES PROGRAM)

1. Relative to the implementation of THE DEPED NATIONAL CALISTHENICS EXERCISES

PROGRAM : GALAW PILIPINAS S.Y. 2021-2022 Janssenville Elementary School will
conduct face to face orientation on June 1, 2022 at 1pm.

2. The activity aims to:

a. Promote an active lifestyle for Filipinos that will benefit both their physical and socio-
emotional well-being;
b. Improve strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, coordination and balance;
c. Enhance cultural awareness by integrating Philippine cultures in the calisthenics
exercises; and
d. inculcate nationalism, unity and discipline

3. The participants to this activity are all Kinder to Grade 6 Teachers.

4. Enclosed herewith are the different committees and program management to facilitate a
smooth conduct of the orientation.

4. Immediate compliance and dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
