Caried out the daily rounds in the assigned ward – approximately 20-28 patients.

Clinical examination of patients daily in order to determine any change in their clinical status.

aware of possible drug interactions.

Carry out the admission visit, prioritize the emergency, take a comprehensive history, and clinical
examination, medical and nutritional prescription.

Educated patients and their families on treatment courses, options and alternatives, risks, patient needs,
and recovery times.

Ensured that the protocols are strictly followed and implemented.

Provided technical training to the team and new staff upon arrival regarding the management of severe
malnutrition with complications.

Organized and participated in weekly and monthly meetings with the team.

In the event of problems, identify the issue and seek solutions or refer up to management staff.

Health and Nutrition Supervisor:

Followed up the approved implementation plan and provided specific plan for each of my team member.

Ensured that the MHT staffs received training and capacity building for providing the quality services.

Conducted history taking and physical examination of sick children. Prescribed the appropriate
medication for the patient and also facilitated the referral for complicated patients with official
document for advance treatment to higher health centers.
Educated mothers and caretakers particularly on usage of medicine.

Prepared & submitted the medical, nutritional and non-medical requisitions for MHT activities to line
manager and had a close follow up for the reception.

Established a work plan for MHT staff and explain them on follow up of the plan. tasked each staff
members of the team. Followed up and controlled the staff performance.

Conducted internal team meetings and reported the key points to the DPM and PM.

Established a good reporting mechanism and also filing system for MHT documents and maintained it up
to dated regularly.
