Thoughts are biochemical impulses of

Page | 3
 Energy'& intelligence
 Holding magnetic properties
 Originating from cells

Thoughts statistics

36000 - 60,000 thoughts per 24hrs

95% of thoughts repeated

In-1910 Wallace D. Wattles wrote “The Science of Getting Rich”. He speaks of a thinking stuff from which all
things are made:

“Everything you see on earth is made from one original substance, out of which all things proceed”.

“There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates,
penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe, thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is
imaged by thought. Man can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his thought upon formless
substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.”

Types of thoughts
Positive - productive & virtuous

 Positive thoughts are those thoughts which give us and others the experience of our original
virtuous like peace, love, joy, purity and power,
 They enable us to collect inner strength and equip us to wear a constructive attitude
 Thinking positively involves looking at problems and recognizing realities, but at the same time
being able to find solutions without being confused and experiencing feelings of powerlessness.
 Positive thoughts make one internally strong and as a result our expectations of others decrease.

Negative- drain our energy

 Negative thoughts not only harm we but have an impact on others also.
 these thoughts disturb our peace and weaken our inner strength.
 If these thoughts occur on a regular basis, they can cause health problems, both physical and
mental. They can even become destructive.
 Negative thoughts are based on the five vices primarily - lust, anger, greed, ego, attachment.
 They are chiefly caused by selfish and harmful reasons, without taking into account the values and
inner qualities of the person

ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that you’re becoming angry, and taking
action to calm down and deal with the situation in a positive way. Anger management doesn’t try to keep
you from feeling anger or encourage you to hold it in.
Page | 14
Anger management helps you identify what triggers your emotions, and how to respond so that things
work in your favor, instead of against you.

It is ok to be angry for a right reason, to the right person, the right way.

Aggression is acting out inappropriately and is not ok

Kinds of anger
Black anger: This anger arises out of frustration or in order to gain power over the situation or sometimes
over, a person. This type of anger often occurs when something does not turn out the way the person
wanted.

Red anger: People who use this type of anger often punish themselves for what they themselves or
somebody else has done to them. The person, who uses this kind of anger often starve, cut oneself dr even
over eats to punish themselves.

White anger: A person who expressed anger for a right reason is said to have white anger.

 Anger is a natural emotion that we all experience. Mild forms of anger may include displeasure,
irritation or dislike. When we react to criticism, threat or frustration we may become angry - and
usually this is a healthy response. Anger may be a secondary response to feeling sad, lonely or
frightened.

 Anger management teaches you to recognize frustrations early on and settle them in a way that
allows you to express your needs, while remaining calm and in control. Coping with anger is an
acquired skill which involves unlearning some of the bad behaviors that result from frustration.

 Anger is a normal human emotion, a healthy one when it is expressed appropriately.

Indicators that help us to judge the strength of our relationship

Respect - we should show respect to the people we meet before they have necessarily earned it, but that
we should expect to earn it for ourselves.

Shared Experiences - relationships grow as we share in common experiences

Trust - Trust develops out of respect and shared experience. Trust is essential for a good relationship

Reciprocity - Good relationships require give-and-take. If one party is always giving and the other always
receiving, the relationship will not last.

Mutual Enjoyment - As relationships develop, people will enjoy each other’s company. This helps to build
