TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders are placed by Alliance Media are subject to the following terms & conditions, which shall form the basis of
the contract between Alliance Media and supplier.
1. Finishing

1.1.1 Block Out - Finishing includes 50mm pocket all round. Minimum specifications required on all prints
should be 550gsm
1.1.2 Vinyl - Minimum specifications required should be 100g micron
1.1.3 Eyelets - Finishing includes eyelets every 250mm all round with weldable webbing all round.
Minimum specifications required on all prints should be 550gsm
1.1.4 White Banner/Spirit flex - Finishing includes 100mm stretching allowance all round

2. Please quote purchase order number and job number on each invoice. Monthly statements are to be send
through for payment. Please send invoices and statements to accountspayables@alliancemedia.com
Statements are to be dated at month end.
3. Only one invoice per order will be accepted.
4. This order is subject to the supplier not subcontracting this order to any third party without Alliance Media’s
written consent
5. Alliance Media will not accept responsibility for any verbal orders placed by its employees.
6. All orders must be placed in writing and have an Alliance Media order number failing which payment will not
be made.
