1.      Congratulations! I have the pleasure to inform you that in consequence to attaining the above mentioned merit position in NUST Entry
Test 2023, you have been granted provisional admission in Bachelor of Civil Engineering Programme at NUST Balochistan Campus
(NBC), Zamzama Road, Quetta Cantt.

2.     It is mandatory to deposit dues in time to secure admission and to remain in selection process.

Instructions to Secure Provisional Admission

3.     In order to secure the offered provisional admission, you are requested to take print of the Fee Invoice and deposit the specified amount
in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd, throughout Pakistan. Also, complete and forward the following documents through courier service OR by
hand to Undergraduate Registration Section, Main Office, National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Sector H-12,
Islamabad latest by 05-Sep-2023. In case you do not deposit dues as specified, your name will be deleted and no more considered in
selection process and the next candidate on merit will be offered the seat/admission:-

a. NUST copy of paid Fee Invoice of Rs. 196,700 (Detail in attached Instructions regarding Admission (UG))
b. Attested photocopy of Marks Sheet of Matric (SSC) and SSC Certificate OR equivalent certificate (in case of foreign qualification,
duly issued by IBCC, Pakistan).
c. Attested photocopy of Marks Sheet of FSc (Part-I) and FSc (HSSC) OR equivalent certificate (in case of foreign qualification, duly
issued by IBCC, Pakistan).
d. Attested photo-copy of CNIC and attested photo-copy of CNIC of father / guardian.
e. Undertaking on stamp paper as per format attached.

Note:- As per HEC directive, all candidates including Matric & FA / FSc Stream have to get their educational documents attested from
Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Pakistan before submitting the same to university at time of admission.

4.     After depositing dues, if you desire to be retained in the allocated programme irrespective of the preferences given in the application
form, please do inform the University in writing or Email at admissions@nust.edu.pk latest by 05-Sep-2023, so that your upgradation is
blocked in subsequent selections.

5.      The seats of those candidates who, after submission of admission dues, do not join their programmes within 15 days of commencement
of classes/ session will be declared vacant and their admission will be cancelled.
