The University Mace carved from a mahogany

wood and the Presidential Medal of Brass made
shall be symbols of new beginnings and endless
possibilities. Their symbolic presence is a
reminder that transformation is always possible.

Both the Mace and the Medal bear an engraved
insignia of the University Logo and adorned with
designs representing the Seven Colleges and the
Basic Education.
The inspiration behind these two tangible assets
is the Caviteños Anting-anting. Just like the
Anting-anting these assets shall be a powerful
symbol of uncompromising spiritual strength,
however challenging and difficult a situation is,
the bearer of these rightfully engages and
connects with the community with outpouring
confidence and impeccable credibility in the
