PFPD Functions (fully functional)

1. Coordinates the formulation and updating of all related planning documents such as
the Regional Development Plan, and Regional Physical Framework Plan in
coordination with all stakeholders (Also includes Rehabilitation and Recovery Plan)

2. Conducts and prepares periodic plan implementation assessment reports, regional

economic situationer and other socio-economic reports (Including press statements
for the GRDP and poverty statistics)

3. Conducts policy reviews on regional socio-economic and physical development

4. Provides technical assistance/services to line agencies, LGUs, NGOs, PSOs, SUCs

and other regional bodies/entities on plan and policy formulation

5. Provides technical support to the Regional Development Council, Development

Administration Committee of the RDC, Regional Land Use Committee, RDRRMC-
Committee on Rehabilitation and Recovery, Regional Task Force to End Local
Communist Armed Conflict, Recovery Cluster For CoVid 19.
