Daniel : Good morning

Jessie : Good morning, please have a seat

Daniel : (sits down & gives his CV and AL to Jessie)

Jessie : (looks at the CV and AL) So, please introduce yourself

Daniel : My name is Daniel Surya Triaji. I was born on April 21st 2000, I am 23 years
old. I live in Tropikana Residence.

Jessie : (nods) Ok, what’s your education background? And do you have any work
experience?

Daniel : Well, I graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology in 2021 with a


master degree in computer science. I also had an internship with Microsoft for six
months.

Jessie : That’s impressive! Especially for someone your age. You have a Master's in
Computer Science from Bandung Institute of Technology. Could you briefly describe
your academic experience and highlight any significant projects or research you
were involved in during your time there?

Daniel : During my years at the Bandung Institute of Technology, I focused on


algorithm analysis and database management. A standout experience was a
research project where I optimized algorithms, honing my analytical skills.

Jessie : Excellent. Moving on to your work experience, you interned at Microsoft.


Could you provide more details about your responsibilities and notable achievements
during your time there?

Daniel : Certainly. I developed Microsoft applications, managed database systems,


and optimized them, significantly improving query response times.

Jessie : Impressive achievements. Your CV mentions fluency in English and


Japanese, strong analytical skills, and adaptability. How have these skills benefitted
you professionally?
Daniel : Fluency in both languages has enabled effective international collaboration,
while strong analytical skills helped troubleshoot complex OS issues and thrive in
team environments.

Jessie : Great. Your interests include games, learning new technology, and coding.
How do these align with your career goals?

Daniel : These interests drive innovation, keep me current, and provides a passion
for problem-solving in the dynamic field of computer science.

Jessie :I see, how about difficulties. Did you find any difficulties during your studies or
internship?

Daniel : Yes, I did face difficulties at times. I was dealing with boredom, which
affected my productivity. However, I've been actively working on strategies to
overcome this weakness and stay engaged and motivated in my work.

Jessie : (nods) In this case what would you do if you're assigned a new programming
project at Andromeda Company, but you become bored. How would you stay
engaged and motivated?

Daniel :In that case I'd break the project into smaller tasks, seek team input, and set
personal milestones to stay motivated and achieve success.

Jessie : Marvelous! Thank you for sharing that, Daniel. It's been insightful learning
