Basics of Baking, Piping techniques and usage of different
types of nozzle.

BUTTERCREAM | CREAM-CHEESE | CHOCOLATE GANACHE


Introduction to basic tools,nozzles & piping.
We will start with the basics of baking, ingredient
measurements, recipe scaling and storage of batter.
We will teach you, how to add different color in frosting,
making frosting from scratch & will discuss about the
storage.
How to check the consistency and also show you
everything you need to know about using piping bags and
nozzles.
Learn basic piping skills such as piping a swirl, dot, star,
rosette etc.

Different types of techniques like Pallate Knife, Brush
Effect, Ombre Effect, Fault Line Design, Dripping.
Effect,Shimmer Effect, usage of flowers etc.

Chocolate Filling, Indian Dessert Filling will be covered.
