Shopping List
This shopping list is designed as a guide to help you buy the healthiest, most adrenal-supportive foods. All of
the foods in this list should be supportive for your health when eaten as part of a balanced diet. Note that this
list is not designed to cover every single food. If you are unsure whether you should eat something, you can
use the rules that we have laid out in The Adrenal Fatigue Solution. Also remember that your diet does not
need to be 100% perfect. We are all allowed a mistake once in a while! Lastly, if you suspect that you may
have food sensitivities and intolerances, be sure to avoid your trigger foods.
