Adrenal Fatigue Symptoms Checklist

Are you suffering from Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome? As its name suggests, this syndrome can result in a wide range of different
symptoms. However, they are all traceable back to weakened adrenal glands and the dysregulation of the HPA axis. This worksheet
contains a larger list of symptoms that we see in those with Adrenal Fatigue. Not all symptoms will apply to everyone, but if you have
Adrenal Fatigue then you will likely be experiencing quite a few of those listed below.
Go through the list of symptoms and check off the ones that you think apply to you. When you see your doctor, you can bring this
completed sheet with you.

Difficulty getting out of bed each Lying awake feeling “buzzed” at Frequent low blood sugar
morning night, unable to sleep
Lack of libido, low sex drive
Constant tiredness and fatigue Regular cold viruses and/or a
weakened immune system Lower back pain
Inability to handle stress and
stressful situations Asthma, allergies or respiratory Numbness in your fingers / Poor
