    FedEx had been known as one of the fastest and
    most reliable companies in the services of
    sending documents, boxes, cargo or freight.
    However, during and after the pandemic crisis,
    the problem in terms of deliveries, exchanges and
    returns became more acute.

    Taking into account the demand that arose during the


    Covid-19 pandemic, they did not know how to respond
    to the high demand for shipments, there were also
    problems for the client regarding the location of
    their packages.
    OBJECTIVES
    1.Identify the factors that alter the
    exchange and return processes that generate
    delays in the process.

    2. Define the improvement actions for the


    exchange and return processes according to
    the selected heuristic model.

    3. Design an effective and easy-to-


    understand response model as a guide for
    users when making exchanges and returns.
