30 Day Elite Challenge

1. cold shower each day


3. lights out by 11:00pm
4. 15+ technical sessions (at least 30 minutes)
5. 10+ strength/speed sessions (at least 30 minutes)
6. 10+ stretching/roller sessions (at least 10 minutes)
7. train 3 times with the U21s
8. make debut with the U21s
9. score 7th goal of the regular season
10. plan each day and evaluate how the challenge is going
