Africa Largest
biomes
The Savanna Biome is the largest Biome in southern
Africa, occupying 46% of its area, and over one-third
the area of South Africa. It is well developed over the
lowveld and Kalahari region of South Africa and is also
the dominant vegetation in Botswana, Namibia and
Zimbabwe.

4 main biomes of Africa
There are tropical forests on the west side as

The features of
Central Africa
Central Africa is smaller than many regions, but
it holds a tremendous variety of geographic
features. These features include a vast rain
forest–covered basin, one of the world's
greatest river systems, soaring mountains, and a
deep rift valley marking the line along which
Africa is splitting apart.

Major landfrom
of Central Africa
Most of the country consists of a large plateau that
separates the basin of Lake Chad to the north from
that of the Congo River to the south. The dominant
features of the landscape are the Bongo Mountains in
the eastern part of the country and the Karre
Mountains, otherwise known as Yadé Massif, to the
west.
