Whoopie Sling
Whoopie Slings are adjustable lifting slings that

have a permanent eye at one end and an adjust-
able eye at the other end to accommodate a wide
range of lifting requirements. The adjustment
allows snug lifting control and minimizes the num-
ber of fixed-length slings required. The sling is a
braided, nontorquing polyester rope with Samthane
urethane coating. The coating provides increased
sling durability and the color identifies the sling
capacity.

Komet Butterfly Komet Dragonfly

The Butterfly II saves weight with an aluminum ring attachment
point which travels freely on the fully replaceable bridge. The
belt and leg loops buckle with a smooth-action quick release. It
is a fully modular saddle, meaning you can replace the leg loops
with the optional batten seat to turn this Butterfly into a Dragonfly
saddle. The bridge is also easily replaced. The Butterfly II features
two small steel rings and three nylon gear loops.

The Komet Dragonfly tree saddle is just like the Komet Butterfly
II but with a batten seat instead of leg loops. Leg straps with
quick connect buckles retain the seat in the correct position and
are faster to fasten than grommet style buckles. The waist belt
also has a quick connect buckle. The Komet Dragonfly is a fully
modular saddle so the lower section and bridge can be easily
replaced. The Dragonfly features two small steel rings and three
nylon gear loops.

Light Anchor
The new Light Anchor successfully tackles old problems: the growing fur-
ryness of the loop, the highly concentrated load on the cambium via rope
as well as abrasion of a ring chafing and rubbing against the bark are now
things of the past. At the same time the Light Anchor masterly combines the
advantages of both systems - abrasion resistance and a side contact surface
of 24mm. All this new advances become possible because of of the 8 mm
polyamide rope stitched together in three webs. Each end is clasped by an
eye enclosing a specially manufactureed grooved ring, the load is evenly
distributed onto the ring and the rope is protected by the groove (no chafing
at bark). This way not only weight is reduced but also tensile strength height-
ened (>25kN).
Resulting in doubled safety - because the climbing rope not only runs through
the ring but also indirectly through the eye being formed by the stitching.

GRCS: Good Rigging Control System

GRCS • 流纜控制系統
The Good Rigging Control System is the ultimate tool for lowering
heavy loads in a safe and controlled fashion. Developed by Greg
Good, the GRCS has two settings, providing a 44:1 and a 22:1
mechanical advantage, and two specialized spools: one for lower-
ing and one for lifting. The GRCS attaches firmly to the tree trunk.
Additional tree mount is hinged to provide secure attachment to
a wide range of stem diameters. The unit features a winch that
separates from the mount for easy setup. The rope brake is inter-
changeable and made from aluminum to better dissipate friction
heat. Multiple fair leads position the rope on the winch drum to
keep operation tangle free. The 2 speed, self-tailing winch allows
a single ground person to lift, lower, and lock off tremendous
loads quickly, safely, and without tying knots.

acoustic impulses. Special software calculates the measured
values and converts them into a colored chart. Material that is
damaged or mechanically isolated appears in the chart as red,

Operation 操作
Start and Stop using a single switch. You need not select a wood
