How to take our English 1: Final Speaking Exam:

1. All students must prepare to answer at least 3 Units for the final speaking
exam
For example, the student may choose Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 3. The professor
will then ask the student from any of the three questions from Unit 1, Unit 2 and
Unit 3.
2. The student may choose only A, B or C questions in order to take the final
speaking exam
 If the student chooses C questions he or she will only answer from the C
questions list (However the highest achievable GRADE BEING A (C+)
 If the student chooses B questions he or she will only answer from the B
questions list (However the highest achievable GRADE BEING A (B+)
 If the student chooses A questions he or she will only answer from the A
questions list (However the highest achievable GRADE BEING AN (A+)
3. Please arrive to the classroom 10 minutes before your scheduled TEST
TIME. If you test time is at 9am. Please be at the classroom door around
08:50am.
4. No paper, no electronic devices will be permitted inside the classroom on
the exam day. However, all students will be given a copy of the exam
questions in order to look at during the exam
 5. Furthermore, all exams will be audio recorded and checked again by the
professor. Therefore, please do not swear, be racists or sexist in your
answers on the final exam.
6. Finally, please follow the professors’ instructions carefully and if you have
any questions please ask them before the exam starts. Please remember to
focus on your speaking abilities in areas of “pronunciation, intonation,
fluency, grammar and vocabulary.”

Talk about the different things you are doing or not doing these days?

At the moment, I am working and studying really hard for all my final exam. These days, I wake
up and go to the library. I often meet my friends there and we study together. This semester I
want to get a good grade in all subjects so I am trying really hard.

Talk about the different things you do in your free time at the moment?

These days, I am learning how to exercise at the gym. I have a Personal Trainer who helps me
to exercise on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I enjoy going to the gym because I want to
get fit and have a good body.

Talk about your home life at the moment?

Right now, I am living in the dorms here at CJU. It’s a little small but very comfortable and I
have many roommates. My roommates and I often go out for some food or something to drink
in the evenings. We like to chat and talk about our daily lives here at CJU.
