that accused Amit Kumar was facing trial before the court of Shri Sohan Lal

Malik the then Ld.JMIC Hisar and was declared proclaimed person by the said

court vide order dated 08.01.2015 and file was ordered to be consigned to the

record room. The proceedings against the suerety were ordered to be initiated

separatedly. Court of Shri Amandeep Goel, Ld.JMIC Hisar is the successor

court of Shri Sohan Lal Malik, the then Ld.JMIC, Hisar. So, the file bearing FIR

No.294 dated 05.07.2012 under Section 294,506 of Indian Penal Code is hereby

ordered to be put up before the court of Shri Amandeep Goel, Ld.JMIC Hisar.

Accused Amit be also produced in custody before the said court on today

itself after some time for disposal in accordance with law. Copy of this

order be placed on said file.

As regard surety Satish, since he has produced the accused

before the court, he is discharged in the present case. Papers be consigned to

the record room after due compliance.
