I, Dinesh Kumar S/o Shri Bhanwarlal, Caste Oswal- Shyamsukha Age 40 Years,
Resident of Tara Nagar District Churu, do hereby solemnly declare the following statements as
true and correct-

1- I swear on oath that I am the plaintiff in the aforesaid case and the facts of the suit are well
known to me as the shop in question is owned by me.

2- I swear on oath that paragraph numbers 1 to 5 of the plaint have been recorded correctly by
me on the basis of my personal knowledge, on the basis of the information obtained from seeing
the related documents and paragraph numbers 6 to 8 have been received from my advocate
which I believe to be true. I have written this correctly on the basis of information which I
believe to be correct. These statements should be read as part of this affidavit.

3- I swear that I have got the plaint verified on the basis of my personal knowledge and written
correctly.
