I, Milley, 28 years- old, resident of Anand Vihar, Block 32, New Delhi, do solemnly hereby
swear under the oath and declare:

1. That I am instituting this criminal complaint against 35 years – old, resident of Gandhi Road,
Block 2 New Delhi for O
2. I am the Plaintiff in the captioned matter. I am aware of the facts
of the case and hence and am competent to swear this affidavit. I
had filed the captioned matter against the Defendants and this
Hon’ble Court was pleased to issue notice to the Defendants vide
order dated 29.07.2023.
3. In compliance of the order dated 29.07.2023, I am filing the
contact details and email ids of the Defendants for the service of
summons.
4. The contact number of the Defendant is +91 8920981292, his
email id is gupta@yuvraj.com.
5. I state that the above mentioned contact details of the Defendant
and the email id of the Defendant are true and correct to the best
of my knowledge and no details have been concealed from this
Hon’ble Court. The residential address of the Defendants is
mentioned in the memo of parties of the captioned suit and the
same is not being repeated herein for the sake of brevity.
6. That I have read and understood the contents of this affidavit
and state that the same has been drafted by my counsel under
my instructions. The facts stated are true and correct. This
affidavit may be read as part and parcel of the plaint filed before
this Hon’ble Court and is not being repeated herein for the sake
of brevity.
