Subject: Re: Legal Notice - Allegations of Dowry Cruelty under Section 498A
I, Ms. Pavani Mishra, am writing to you on behalf of my client, Mr. Priyanshu who has
received your legal notice dated 10-07-2023. We categorically reject all claims made against
my client, and we firmly deny any allegations of dowry cruelty under Section 498A of the
Indian Penal Code or any other wrongdoing.
To proceed further, it is imperative that you provide specific and substantial evidence to
substantiate the allegations mentioned in the legal notice. Without credible evidence
supporting these claims, we are unable to address the matter adequately.
We insist that you furnish the requested evidence within 10 days from the date of this letter.
Failure to provide the evidence within the stipulated period would mean that the allegations
are unfounded and lacking merit.
Be advised that we are prepared to defend our client's reputation and interests vigorously
against any baseless claims. We also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action to
protect my client's rights if the allegations remain unsubstantiated.
Kindly direct all communication and evidence to us through the contact details provided in
this letter.
Sincerely,
