With reference to your application and subsequent personal interview conducted with us,
we are pleased to offer you to join our organization and take charge of your responsibilities
as Stores and Purchase Executive on or before 9th Nov. If you do not join on or before the
given date, your appointment with the company would be considered as null and void.

Your appointment will be based at Ranjangaon PII plant. You will be under probation for a
period of ‘Three’ months. You will be offered an initial salary of Rs.22000/- per month.
Revised salary and permanent appointment along with scope of work and incentive plan
would be reviewed on completion of probation period on the basis of your performance and
capability to handle the tasks independently and effectively.

You are requested to submit the below mentioned documents at the time of joining:

1. Educational Certificates (Original attested)

2. Resignation letter duly acknowledged
3. Three Passport size colored photographs
4. Date of Birth proof (self and dependents)
5. Salary slip (3 months)
6. Photo identity / Pan Card
7. Aadhar Card / Residence address proof
8. Local Reference & local address

Your appointment will be subject to verification of references. An appointment letter will be

issued separately upon your joining the company.
