We, Gurmail Singh S/o Shri Attar Singh, Attar Singh S/o Shri

Manjeet Kaur W/o Shri Attar Singh and Amarjeet Singh S/o Shri Attar Singh, all

residents of vill. Santokhgarh, P.O. Nihalgarh, Tehsil Paonta Sahib, Distt. Sirmaur,

H.P., do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -

1. That the accompanying reply to petition for interim maintenance has been

prepared and drafted at our instance and under our instructions by our counsel

Shri Shakil Ahmed Sheikh, Advocate, Nahan.

2. That the contents of the reply from paras No. 1 to 11 on merits have been

read over and explained to us in vernacular, which I admit to be true and

correct and in token of their correctness, we have appended our signature

thereon as well as on this affidavit. The contents of preliminary objections

are believed to be true on the basis of legal advice received.

We, the above named deponents, do hereby verify that the contents of the
