Hauz Khas Enclave, New Delhi - 110016, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
under :-

1. That I am the Appellant and as such am well conversant with the facts and
circumstances of the present case and competent to depose this Affidavit in
support of the accompanying Application for Stay filed along with Appeal from
the Order No.S/10-13/2003-ADJ/DRI/BZU/D/21/2001 dated 31.12.2003 issued
on 5.1.2004 and issued on 9.1.2004 passed by the Respondent.

2. That the accompanying Application has been drafted by my counsel, as per my

instructions.

3. That I have read and understood the contents of the Application and state that the
same are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and no part of
it is false and nothing material has been concealed therein.
