MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the petitioner has filed the accompanying application/petition

under section 439 Cr.P.C seeking grant of regular bail. The contents
of the same may be read as part and parcel of the present application
and the same is not repeated herein for the sake of brevity.
2. That the Applicant/Petitioner may be exempted from filing the
certified copies of the annexed documents filed with the petition
being Annexures P-1 to P- Obtaining certified copies might take
some time. Further, some annexures are dim and the same be taken on
records as it is as there is urgency and due to paucity of time.
3. That the present application is bona-fide and deserves to be allowed
in the interest of justice.
 PRAYER

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Hon'ble court may
graciously be pleased to:

A. Exempt the Petitioner from filing the certified copies of Annexure P-1
to P- and take on record dim annexures.
B. Pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court deems fit
in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS, THE HUMBLE APPLICANT
