I, the above named deponent, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as

under:-

1. That I am the Applicant No.1 in the above mentioned matter and am well

conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case and as such am

competent and authorized to swear the present affidavit.

2. That I have gone through the accompanying application and I say that the

facts stated in the accompanying application are true and correct to my

knowledge as derived from the official record of the case maintained by

the Applicant and the legal submissions contained therein are true upon the

information received and believed to be correct. The contents of the same

 may kindly be read as forming part of the present affidavit and the same

are not being reproduced herein for the sake of brevity and convenience.

3. That the Applicant have not filed any other such similar application earlier

before this Hon'ble Court or before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

4. That the annexures attached with the application are true copies of their

respective originals.
