STATEMENT OF TRUTH BY I, MADANLAL RANGREJ. The Authorized

Signatory of the Plaintiff Company, I, the deponent above named do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. I am MADANLAL RANGREJ, the aged: adult. Hindu y religion, doing

service as Legal officer of QUTIONE CERAMIC PVT LTD, having it’s
office at: 11. Titanium Building, Corporate Road, Opposite Prahalad
Nagar Garden, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015, Gujarat, of the Plaintiff
Company in the above suit and competent to swear this affidavit.

2. I am sufficiently conversant with the fact of the case and have also
examined all relevant document in relation thereto.

3. I say that statements made in Paragraph 1 to 8 are true to my knowledge

and are based on the information which available in the office of the
Plaintiff Company and I believe to be correct. Statements made in
Paragraph 1 to 8 are based on legal advice.

4. I say that there is no false statement or any material fact document or

concealment or record and I have included information that is according
to me, relevant for the present suit.

5. I say that all the documents in my power, possession, control or custody,

pertaining to the facts and circumstances of the proceeding initiated by
me have been disclosed and copies thereof annexed with the Plaint and
that do not have any other documents in my power, possession, control or
custody.
6. I say that the above-mentioned pleading comprises of a total of 9 pages,
each of which has been signed by me.

7. I say that annexure hereto are true copies of the documents referred to
and replied upon by me.

8. I say that I am aware that any false statement or concealment, I shall be

liable for action taken against me under the law.
