Managing partner, carrying on business in partnership in the firm name and style of Garg and
Associates Pvt Ltd, incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, having registered office
at 123, G-block, Ashok Vihar, Delhi- 52 (hereinafter called as the beneficiary) do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under:

I am the Managing Partner of the beneficiary, and am fully conversant with the affairs of the
firm. As such I am competent to swear this affidavit.

That the documents mentioned herein below submitted along with the application for assistance
under Building Awareness on Intellectual Property Rights Scheme, for financial assistance on
granting of patent envisaged under the scheme are true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
