signatory of JMDS Logistic Private Limited having its registered office at DSIDC
Shop No-5 , Ground Floor , Scheme No 3 , Okhla Phase II, New Delhi-110020

1) That I am the authorized signatory of the applicant firm in the above noted

case, well conversant with the facts of the case, hence am fully competent to

swear this affidavit.

2) That the accompanying Pre-mediation Application has been drafted by my

counsel under my instructions and the same has been read over to me in my

vernacular and after understanding the same, I say that it is true and correct,

which may kindly be read as part and parcel of this affidavit also as the same

are not being repeated herein for the sake of brevity.
