I, Akash Yadav, the above-named Deponent, do hereby solemnly

affirm and declare as under:-

1. I am the counsel for the Appellant in the captioned matter. I

am well conversant with the facts of this case and thus,
competent to swear the present Affidavit.

2. That I have filed this captioned Appeal against the Order,

dated 28.03.2023, passed by the State Consumer Dispute
Redressal Commission, Delhi.

3. That I have filed the copy of the Impugned Order passed by

the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Delhi.

4. That I have also filed the copy of the Complaint No.

1052/2017 filed by the Respondent No.1 before the State
Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Delhi and reply
filed by the Respondent No.2. I state that since the Appellant
Company as not a party in the Complaint filed before the
Hon’ble State Commission. The Appellant does not have the
copies of the pleadings before the Hon’ble State Commission.

5. The Documents are true copies of their respective originals.

6. I state that no part of this Affidavit is false, and no material

facts have been concealed therefrom.
