Authorized Representative of the above named Applicants (M/S. GREEN
CARRIERS & CONTRACTOR (DELHI) PVT. LTD.), solemnly affirm and state as
under:-

1. That I am Respondent No. 2 in the above said matter and as such am well
acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the present case, hence
competent to swear to this affidavit.

2. That the contents of the accompanying application under section 482

CrPC have been read over to me by my counsel in my vernacular
language and I have understood the meaning thereof, and state that the
same has been prepared by my counsel under my instruction. The facts
contained therein are true and correct based on personal knowledge and
