EVIDENCE BY WAY OF AFFIDAVIT OF THE OPPOSITE PARTY

IT IS MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

I, VPS Fonda Showroom, the opposite party in the above-mentioned case, solemnly affirm and
declare as follows:

1. I am the opposite party in this case, and I am fully aware of the facts and circumstances
surrounding it.

2. I hereby provide the following evidence and statements in support of my position:

That at the time of purchasing of the said vehicle the complainant had given the warranty card
and where it is clearly mentioned for which part of the scooty comes under warranty. But
complainant claims for that part which is not mentioned in term and conditions od warranty
card. Complainant was aware of the term and conditions of warranty card. This fact has also
been maintained in the condition of the Warranty Card.

3. That the Complainant is not entitled to receive the compensations amount of from the
respondent.
4. I confirm that the information provided in this affidavit is true and accurate to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
5. I understand that making false statements in this affidavit may have legal consequences,
including perjury charges.

6. I am willing to testify to the contents of this affidavit if required to do so in a court of law.

 7. This affidavit is made under penalty of perjury.
