I, G Vidhya, aged about 33 years, residing at Flamingo Ladies Hostel,

Besides Narayanamma Engineering College, Falcon Valley Colony,

Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500008, presently at New Delhi, the

Petitioner abovenamed, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:

1. I say that I am the Petitioner in the accompanying Transfer

Petition and I am well conversant with the facts, proceedings, and
circumstances of the case and hence competent to swear the instant
affidavit.

2. I say that that I have read and understood the contents of the
accompanying I.A to condone delay in refiling the present transfer
petition, and that I understood the same and I say that the facts stated
therein are true to my knowledge.

3. I say that the averments of facts herein above are true to my

 knowledge, no part of it is false and nothing material has been
concealed therefrom.
