solemnly affirms and sincerely states as follows:-

1. That the accompanying application under section 438 CrPC has been drafted at our
instance and under our instructions.
2. That the case FIR No. 0001 dated 2/08/2020, under section 376/354/506 of IPC and
Section 4/12 of the Prtectection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has been
registered by the police against us.
3. The case is neither true nor correct to the best of our knowledge.
4. I am an innocent person and I have not committed any offence alleged.
5. I am a law abiding citizen and so I will not abscond.
