1. That I have not paid any sum of Money/Commission/Donation for any employment
to office staff/agent/middleman/any other.
2. That there is no criminal proceeding/legal suits/enquires pending against me.
3. That the documents submitted by me are true and if anything false is found against
me, I may be removed from my services with immediate effects.
4. That I fully understand that the said offer from employment is purely on fixed term
Contract basis and will not lead to permanent absorption or regularization in Shastri
Bhawan at any time.
5. That I would not join any Union activities or participate in any strikes, Dharna or
Pardarshan. If at any time it is found that I am/was involved in such activities, I may
be removed from services with immediate effect.
6. That I fully understand that the said appointment is for a specified period as
mentioned in th appointment Letter i.e from _____________ to ____________ I
would not claim for extension of my services after the completion of the initial
tenure.
