1. That I have been selected as through insight placement for one year my service has been placed
above mentioned concerned him on production of necessary documents.

the concerned police station or taken any other action as may be deemed fit and proper in this regard.
I shall be abide by all the rules and regulations of the above mentioned company and shall not
violate any of the terms and conditions.

8. That the company shall pay the salary workman each month up to 15/7 days of succeeding month.

9. If candidate will leave job between the three months the salary will be refunded by him.

10. If the candidate leaves the job in between he/she give replacement of the candidate on behalf of
her/his.
