Affidavit

I, Haroon Chowdhary S/o Lt. Sh. Ghulam Hussain R/o H. No. 331,
Sector 4 Sanjay Nagar, Digiana Jammu do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under:
1. That I am permanent resident of UT of J&K.
2. That the deponent has been appointed in Class-IV/ MTS under
SRO 43 of 1994 of Compasionate appointed Order No. 379-JK
(GAD) of 2024 dated 25.01.2024.
3. That if the candiate has taken loan for self-employemnt from
DIC/Employment Department, to be ascertained from the District
Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment & Counselling
Centre of the domicile District, he shall relinquish the
proprietorship of unit/enterprise and also stakes, if any, in such-
employment unit/enterprise before joining the Government
service. He shall be required to repay the entire loan liability in
suitable EMIs to be worked out by the DDO concerned from his
salary, if any, in such a self-employment unit/enterprise and
recovery to be made and also personally monitor its recovery.
4. That in case any wrong statement is found I shall be pesonally
responsible for the same.
5. That above statement is true and correct to the best of my
knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed.
6. That this affidavit is solicited to the concernd authorites for
refernece and record.
