AFFIDAVIT/ ACCEPTANCE

Chadoora District Budgam Kmr. Do hereby solemnly declare and affirm on oath as under:-

1. That I am not indebted to any financial institution

2. That I have sought and obtained a loan facility of Rs 45,000/-(Rupees Forty five
thousand only) from the Jammu and Kashmir state co-operative bank limited branch
office Kralapora under HANDLOOM scheme
3. That in consideration of the said lone facilities of Rs.45, 000 / - (Rupees Forty Five
thousand only) duly allowed to me by the said branch. I have hypothecated the said
stocks described in the schedule of the deed of hypothecation vide deed of hypothecation
dated 17/02/14ened and executed by me in favour of the said bank on the terms and
conditions their in as the primary security for the said facilities.
4. That the said hypothecated stocks are in my soul disposing power as owner with full
power of transfer over the same subsisting to this stay and free from all prior encum
brances lien or any other charge whatsoever
5. that I am not indebted to any other branch of Jammu and Kashmir state co-operative bank
limited and / or any other bank and / or any financial in\situation whatsoever within or
out side the state of Jammu and Kashmir
6. That I will deal exclusively with j&k state co-operative bank limited branch office
Kralapora as till I am indebted to the bank
7. that I accept all the terms and conditions of sanction order and other terms and
conditions governing to such type of facility.

of my personal knowledge and belief nothing has been held concealed or suppressed.
