UNDERTAKING TO BE TAKEN FROM NEW PURCHASER

AFFIDAVIT

I/We Rushikesh Pawar S/o.Nandkumar Pawar holding PAN being No CZTPP9792E residing at
At Post Arphal Satara do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under :

I say that I have purchased a CB shine drum BS 6 (“the Asset”) bearing Regn.No MH20FR1149,
Eng. No. 22830 and Chassis No. 79335 registered in the name of SAMADHAN CHAVHAN on
“as is where is” basis for a total consideration of Rs.45,000 (Rupees only).

I say that I have checked the Asset and have fully satisfied myself of its condition.

I hereby agree, accept and confirm that L&T Finance Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as
"LTFH”) will furnish to me the following two (2) documents and I have no objection whatsoever for
the same:-
1. Original / Copy of Cancellation of Hypothecation Letter
2. Original / Copy of RTO Forms bearing Form Nos. - 26,28,29,30,35

I agree, confirm and declare that I shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against LTFH or any
of its Directors, officers, employees, servants or agents post receipt of the abovementioned
documents.

I hereby agree and undertake to initiate the process of registering the Asset transferred in my
name within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of this Affidavit and agree to abide by all the
responsibility(s) and/or statutory liabilities in respect of the Asset further confirm and undertake
that at no juncture, shall LTFH be in anyway liable/responsible for the same.

I, hereby indemnify and agree and undertake to keep indemnified LTFH, its Directors, officers,
employees, servants and agents at all times hereafter from and against allocations, costs
including actual legal costs, suits, legal proceedings, accounts, claims, demands, losses, charges,
expenses and liabilities of whatsoever nature, which LTFH or any of its Directors, officers,
employees, servants and agents may sustain or incur or for any loss caused or suffered to them
on account any breach of any of the conditions mentioned hereinabove committed by us.

I, hereby indemnify and agree and undertake to take delivery of the Asset from LTFH’s authorized
yard within 3 (three) days from the date of payment. I undertake to bear the total yard charges
incurred pursuant to the repossession of the Asset by LTFH; and also keep LTFH always
indemnified in this regard.

In the event of delivery of the Asset not taken within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this
Affidavit, I hereby unconditionally authorize LTFH not only to forfeit money deposited by me but
also authorize LTFH to effect resale the Asset in favour of anyone to realize the dues of LTFH.

I agree and confirm that I shall not at any juncture pay the sale consideration or any part thereof in
cash in excess of Rs. 1,99,999/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety
Nine only). Pursuant to which, any fine/penalty charged either by LTFH by itself or under any
specific direction of any regulatory authority, I agree and confirm without raising any objection of
whatsoever nature promptly make payment of the same, as and when called upon by LTFH
without any demur / delay / protest on my part.

I agree and undertake to act, to the extent and as applicable, in compliance and consistent with
the “LTFH Third Party Code of Conduct” as may be amended from time to time by LTFH as
provided on the official website of LTFH (www.ltfs.com) in the manner and to the satisfaction of
LTFH and applicable laws of appropriate jurisdiction.

I fully understand that compliance provided under this clause is essential to the terms of this
Affidavit.
