GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these present that I Kawandeep Singh aged about 25 years
son of Sh. Randhir Singh resident of ward no. 10, Mata Gujri Colony, Near
Jyoti Sarup Gurudwara, Fatehgarh Sahib now residing at 3 jarrah place
cragieburn, Australia, Melbourne, Australia, do hereby appoint, constitute
and nominate my father Sh. Randhir Singh S/o Sh. Iqbal Singh aged about
51 years resident of ward no. 10, Mata Gujri Colony, Near Jyoti Sarup
Gurudwara, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, India as my general power of attorney
to the do the following acts, deeds and things regarding my all moveable and
immovable assets lying in whole of India.
1.

That he is authorized to sell my property/ properties which are

registered in my name anywhere India on behalf of me and may
collect the sale consideration from the purchaser on behalf of me
under his own signatures.

2.

That he may purchase the stamp-papers from the treasury and may
reimburse the said stamp-papers if required and may get the refund
voucher and encash it.

3.

That he may mortgage the same with any bank or financial institution
for getting the finance on the said properties.

4.

That he may file any application, affidavit, statement with any

concerned office regarding the said property/ies and may engage the
counsel for filing any suit in the competent court of law in the event of
any dispute regarding the said properties and may plead the same
from lower court to Apex Court of India. He may also plead,
compromise and withdraw the pending cases relevant to my properties
situated in India on behalf of me.

That I shall be bound by the acts and deeds done by my general attorney
constituted by the General Power of Attorney and the contents of the same
has been read over which are correct.
Hence, this Power of Attorney is executed today on the 5th day of January
2016 at Melbourne, Australia in the presence of the following witnesses.
