AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF THE PETITION

I, Mrs. RASHEEDA SHEKH BHUTTO W/O Mr. Shekh Zulfiquar Ali Bhutto,
petitioner herein do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under:

1. I say that I have filed this divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty
Under Section 2 (viii) (a) for Dissolution of marriage under Muslim
Marriage Act, 1939.

2. I say that I was a spinster and the respondent was a bachelor at the
time of marriage and there is a child named MASTER AAYAN SHEKH
out of the said wedlock.

3. I say that the nikah between me and the respondent was solemnized
on 16/4/2005 at A-261 Awas Vikas Colony, Shahpur Gorakhpur U.P.
[India], as per Muslim personal law and customs. As per Muslim
Marriage rites, rituals and customs.

4. I say that from day 1 of the Nikah I was subjected to cruelty and I
have been staying separately since July, 2013 and for past more than
2 years there is no cohabitation between us.
 5. For the sake of Brevity, I crave leave of this honourable court to refer
and rely on the Petition for averments as more particularly described
therein to be treated as part and parcel of this affidavit. I Repeat and
reiterate and confirm whatever has been stated in the petition ,as if
the same are re-incorporated , re-produced and verified by me .

6. I say that no prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the petition

is allowed and prayers are granted. On the contrary, there shall be
grave prejudice and irreparable loss caused to me if the prayers are
not allowed.

7. I therefore, respectfully submit that the reliefs as prayed for in the

petition be granted to me.

8. I further say that what has been stated hereinabove is true and
correct to the best of my knowledge and I believe the same to be true
and correct.
