I state that, I will abide by the condition that, fees once paid to the International Centre will not be refundable under any circumstances.
I further state that there is no Proxy / Agent Admission.
I state that I will remain present at the time of my admission personally.
I further state and declare that I did not pay any extra amount other than fees to any person, employed by the University/Institute or otherwise.
I further declare and undertake that I agree to abide by the rules of eligibility, conduct and discipline, laid down by, University of Mumbai.
I agree and declare that I am solely responsible for any discrepancies, error, wrong or incorrect information supplied by me in the application form for
registration. The admission will stand cancelled if any information supplied by me is found to be incorrect.
I state that I do hereby undertake to furnish the necessary certificates / papers in original along with the true/attested copy of each of them which are not furnished
along with application form before the end of the first term, failing which I understand and admit that my eligibility and admission stands automatically cancelled and
the Institute/University is not responsible for the same.
