I/We, 1.Nazir Ahmad Sheikh 2. Mohammad Shafi Sheikh both Sons of Ali Mohammad
Sheikh R/o: Raipora Palhallan Tehsil Pattan Distt: Baramulla Kashmir, do hereby
undertake as under:-

1. That I/we are the permanent residents of State Jammu and Kashmir hailing in village
Raipora Palhallan Tehsil Pattan.
2. That I/we have taken a road from the road to our orchard in which a land measuring
265 feet consists under title of one namely Fayaz Ahamd Sofi S/o: Late Ab. Khaliq
Sofi R/o: Raipora Palhallan Tehsil Pattan District Baramulla Kashmir.
3. That the above named person namely Fayaz Ahmad Sofi has sold out 205 feet of land
from above mentioned land and has received an amount of Rs, 30,000/= (rupees, Thirty
Thousands only) from the Deponant.
4. That the above named person namely Fayaz Ahmad Sofi kept the rest 50feet land from
above mentioned 265 under his own possession.
5. That all the details mentioned in the affidavit produced are true and correct and
nothing has been concealed therein.

6. We further declare and undertake that, if the contents of this affidavit at any stage are
found/proved false/incorrect; we shall be personally responsible.

Palhallan Tehsil Pattan District Baramulla Kashmir and is in his possession.
3. That we have no objection if the above named person sell the said land.
4. That all the details mentioned in the affidavit produced are true and correct and
nothing has been concealed therein.

Tantraypora Palhallan Tehsil Pattan District Baramulla Kashmir and is in his
possession.
3. That we have no objection with above namely land.
