I, Muzamil Ali S/O Ali Mohammad Bhat R/O Ussan Khoie Tehsil Pattan Distt: Baramulla
Kashmir, do hereby solemnly declare on oath as under:-

01. That I am permanent resident of above said village.

02. That I am working as teacher at GPS Shallapora , Palhallan, Pattan.

03. That I withdraw all my complaints regarding my salary issue that I have submitted in the office of
Director School Education Kashmir, Srinagar; Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla; Sub-District
Magistrate, Pattan.
