INDEMNITY BOND

This indemnity bond is executed on this 10TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2016 at Delhi by SMT. TANUJA HOSSAIN
WIFE OF SHRI SIDDIQUE HOSSAIN RESIDENT OF H.NO. D-55, GALI NO. 4, SHASTRI PARK, DELHI-110053,
(hereinafter referred to as, the premises).
That I occupier of property premise/Property/Flat No. D-55, FLAT ON IIND FLOOR, OUT OF KHASRA NO.
1ETC./8-89, SITAUTED AT GALI NO. 4, SHASTRI PARK, ILLAQA SHAHDARA, DELHI-110053, In favour of BSES
RAJDHANI POWER LIMITED AND/OR BSES YAMUNA POWER LIMITED (BYPL) (“the licensee).
Whereas I am the owner/occupant of the premises for last ____ years.
And whereas I want to have new lighting/power connection in my name for which I am enclosing herewith
application for connection duly fitted and singed by me, along with attachments including the site map/layout
plan;
And whereas I am not in a position to submit the following document:-

And whereas in order to have the above mentioned connection I request the licensee to install the electric supply
lines and other apparatus at the premises.
And whereas I have represented that the premises is in compliance with the requirements of the application
laws/rules/regulations and undertakes to maintain it in that condition all along.
Now this indemnity bond witnessed that I shall keep the licensee indemnified against all losses, charges, expenses
and compensation, which it may have to incur in case the above statement proves to be false or incorrect and
that in such case the licensee have every right to disconnect my supply without any notice.
I shall also keep the licensee indemnified against any losses or expenses incurred by the licensee in case of
receipt of a reference from the concerned competent land owning/law enforcing agency regarding sealing
/demolition/vacation of the premises and/or in case where any suit is filed against the licensee on account of
giving the supply to the premises, such electric connection can be disconnected and the mater/service line can be
removed by the licensee irrespective of the fact whether any costs are granted by the court or not.

BANGER, DELHI-110053, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I am the permanent resident of above said address.
2. That my property height under 15mt. constructed with Ground + Four floors. AND I am the owner of
premise/Property/Flat No. C-25/2-B, FLAT ON TOP FLOOR, OUT OF KHASRA NO. 1ETC./197,
SITAUTED AT GALI NO. 3, CHAUHAN BANGER, ILLAQA SHAHDARA, DELHI-110053.
3. That my house under height limit of Master Plan 2021.
4. That It is my true statement.

DELHI-110053, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I am the owner of premise/Property/Flat No. D-55, FLAT ON IIND FLOOR, OUT OF KHASRA NO.
1ETC./8-89, SITAUTED AT GALI NO. 4, SHASTRI PARK, ILLAQA SHAHDARA, DELHI-110053.
2. That I have no objection if SHRI MIRAJUDDIN SON OF SHRI KAMALUDDIN apply for new
Commercial/Domestic Electric connection in his/her own name by the BSES. Or transferred the Electric
Meter in his/her own name. of our above said property in column No.1.
3. That I have also no objection if the BSES allot/install/mutate the New electric meter at the above said
property in the name of above said person.

PARK, DELHI-110053, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I am owner/occupier of property premise/Property/Flat No. D-55, FLAT ON IIND FLOOR, OUT OF
KHASRA NO. 1ETC./8-89, SITAUTED AT GALI NO. 4, SHASTRI PARK, ILLAQA SHAHDARA, DELHI-
110053, (hereinafter referred to the premises for the last many years. I support of which I am enclosing a
NOTARIZED/REGD. Copy of the following:-
2. That I have applied to BSES Yamuna power limited (the licensee) for electric connection at the premise.
3. That grant of the electricity connection will not confer any legal right regularization the premises.
4. That I further declare that my industry /trade has not been declared to the obnoxious, hazardous /pollutant
by any govt. Agency and that no court orders are being violated in grant of applied electricity connection
at the premises.
5. That I undertake to clear all accumulated outstanding dues against the premises and licensee is
authorized to recover the same from me or transfer the dues to any exiting electricity connection
sanctioned my favour.
6. That I have clearly understood that if the above statements prove to be false or incorrect of on receipt of a
reference from concerned competent land owning/low enforcing agency regarding
sealing/demolition/vacation of the premises, the electricity can be disconnected and the meter/service lien
can be removed by BYPL without any further notice to me.
