JOHRIPUR EXTN., DELHI-110094, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-
1. That I am citizen of India.
2. That I am the occupier/owner of Property No. A-48, JAGDAMBA COLONY, JOHRIPUR EXTN.,
ILLAQA SSHAHDARA, DELHI-110094.
3. That I have applied to BSES Yamuna power limited (the licensee) for electric connection at the
premise.
4. That I am living in Jagdamba Colony, and in my mother property documents written Tunda Nagar.
5. That Jagdamba Colony, is a part of Tunda Nagar.
6. That It is my true statement.
