AFFIDAVIT

I, BHIM SINGH SAINI S/O SHRI DEVI SAHAAY SAINI R/O 1604 SAINI BASTI KOTLA MUBARAKPUR, NEW
DELHI, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under : -

1. That I have applied for No Objection Certificate / Status report for the Sale / Gift / POA of my COMPLETE
SHARE i.e. 1/2 of AGRICULTURE LAND MEASURING 07 BIGA 07 BISWA, OUT OF KHASRA NO. 134 & 135,
SITUATED IN THE REVENUE ESTATE OF VILLAGE IBRAHIM PUR, DELHI – 110036, as per revenue records
Delhi.

2. That I hereby declare and undertake that the said land is free from all sorts of encumbrances, such as
sale, mortgage, gifts, court stay, court decree, litigation, lien, notification, acquisition and family disputes
etc. and I am fully competent to sell or transfer my ownership rights on the said land to anyone.

3. That neither any restriction is imposed by the Govt. of N.C.T. Delhi nor is any litigation pending in any
court in respect of the said land.

4. That I hereby also declare that there is no violation under section 22 of Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954
and this sale/gift does not contravene section 33 of Delhi Land Reforms Act 1954 and there is no
proceedings of under section 4 & 6 has been issued in respect of the said land.

5. That it is my true statement.
