WILL

This Will Deed is made at Delhi on this _____ day of July 2007 by Sh.

Paras Nath Jain S/o Late Sh. Dali Ram Jain, resident of 51, Arihant Nagar,

West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi-110026 aged about 70 years (hereinafter called

the Testator).

Life is short and uncertain. God knows when and where it may come to

an end and hence with my free will and without any force, pressure or

compulsion from any one and in my sound disposing mind hereby makes this

Will Deed in respect of my moveable and immoveable properties whereas I,

the above named Testator is actual co-owner of the built up property bearing

No. 51, Arihant Nagar, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi-110026 admeasuring

260 sq. yds. along with my wife Smt. Pakash Jain and I am also in absolute

possession of a rented shop situated at 5132, Harphool Singh Building, Purani

Subzi Mandi, Delhi-110007 namely Style House, wherein he is running a

wholesale retail cloth business.

And whereas I am blessed with two sons and two daughters namely

Rakesh W/o _______________, Kaushal W/o __________ and Rashmi W/o

____________ and whereas my all the children are married and my daughters

are well settled and well off in their matrimonial home and therefore, they will

not entitled to anything out of my Estate after my death.

And whereas if I dies first then the other surviving co-owner/my wife

Smt. Parkash Jain will become the absolute owner of the property bearing No.

51, Arihant Nagar, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi-110026 admeasuring 260
sq. yds. being a two storeyed built up house and the ground floor of the said

house is occupied by me and my wife and the first floor is occupied by my

elder son Sh. Rakesh Jain who is looking after our well being and taking our

full care at this old age and my younger son is not in good norms with me and

my wife.

And whereas as the second floor is given for living to our younger son

namely Sh. ______________. That after my death, my wife Smt. Parkash Jain

will continue to live alongwith the elder son Sh. Rakesh Jain on the ground

floor.

And whereas in case both of us die together in an accident or otherwise,

our elder son Sh. Rakesh Jain will become the absolute owner of the ground

floor and the first floor with absolute roof rights and the stircase in my house

will remain free to move by my wife and both the sons alongwith their family

members and the space underneath the staircase on the ground floor will

remain unoccupied. And the tenanted shop as mentioned above shall devolve

upon my elder son Sh. Rakesh Jain.

And whereas I hereby bequeath that after my death, the benefecious as

mentioned above shall become the owner of the properties as detailed above

and shall be entitled to sell, mortgage, gift or to transfer the same to anyone

without any interference or disturbances or objection of anyone.

That my second son namely Sh. __________________ and his family

members will continue to live on the second floor with peace and sanctity but

he and his legal heirs, nominees, assignees and successor shall have no right,
title, interest or concern in our rented shop under the name and style of M/s

Stylo House addressed as above and the ground floor, first floor with roof

rights of the house No. 51, Arihant Nagar, West Punjabi bagh, New Delhi-

110026 of which any one of the surviving Testator will be the absolute owner

and after his death, my elder son Rakesh Jain will be the absolute owner in all

capacity.
