WILL

I, X i, wife of , aged 74 years resident of …… ,New Delhi 110028, Hindu by religion,

so make this my last Will and Testament.

1. I have not made any Will or other testamentary document, but if any is made, I
hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils, if any and declare this to be my last will
and testament.

2. I appoint Ms. Y My daughter residing at Flat No. , New Delhi 110028, to be the
executor and trustee of my Will. In case my daughter Y predeceases me, the
executor of this will would be my son Mr. Z currently residing at Flat No ,New Delhi
110028.

3. My family consists of:

a) Ms. Yi – my daughter
b) Mr. Z my son

4. My property consists of:

I. Residential House: D.D.A Built Up Flat No. , Second Floor, Naraina Vihar ,New
Delhi 110028 and D.D.A Built Up Flat No. Third Floor (Extended), Naraina
Vihar ,New Delhi 110028, terrace of D.D.A Built Up Flat No. , Second Floor,
Naraina Vihar ,New Delhi 110028 detailed in the Schedule A owned by me..

II. Bank Account, Mutual Fund, Bank locker, PPF, FD and Pension Account:
a) Mutual Fund: SBI …… Branch: State Bank of India, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi held
under the name Smt. X

b) Savings Bank Account State Bank of India, Naraina Vihar Branch, New Delhi,
A/c……… held under the name Smt. X

5. I declare that the above-mentioned property is my self-acquired property. No one

else has any right, title, interest, claim or demand or whatsoever on this property. I
have full right, absolute power and complete authority on the properties above
mentioned.

6. I bequeath on my death my share in the above mentioned property more

specifically D.D.A Built Up Flat No. ….. Second Floor, Naraina Vihar ,New Delhi
110028 to my daughter Y. I further bequeath on my death my share in the above
mentioned property more specifically D.D.A Built Up Flat No. …… Third Floor
(Extended), Naraina Vihar ,New Delhi 110028 to my son Z. I further state that both
my son and daughter will have the right to use the kitchen situated at Second Floor
and right to use the Store Situated at third Floor. I further bequeath on my death my
share in the terrace located at D.D.A Built Up Flat No. …… Fourth Floor ,Naraina
Vihar ,New Delhi 110028 to both my daughter Y and my son Z equally. I further
state that the property bequeathed to my son and daughter shall not be sold , gifted
or transferred by them without the consent of the other and in a situation where both
of them agree to sell the property , gift or transfer the property that is D.D.A Built Up
Flat No. …. , Second and Third Floor (Extended), Naraina Vihar ,New Delhi 110028
along with terrace and roof rights the proceeds of such sale, transfer or gift would be
distributed equally between both my son Z and my daughter Y.

7. I bequeath on my death my property listed at clause 4 (II)(f) and clause 4 (II)(d)

that is PPF account with State Bank of India and Bank Locker No. ….. to my
daughter Y completely. I further bequeath on my death my property listed clause 4
(II)(a) and clause 4 (II)(e) that is Locker No. ….. and Mutual Funds maintained with
State Bank of India to my son Z Completely. I further Bequeath the rest of the
property mentioned at clause 4 (II)(b),(c),(g) that is Savings Bank Account, Pension
Account and Fixed Deposits to both my son Z and my daughter Y equally.

8. I bequeath on my death all additional properties movable or immovable in which I

have right, title or interest at the time of my death not mentioned above equally to
both my daughter Y and Z.

9. My executor and trustee shall obtain probate of this Will from a competent court, if
required in law and shall pay all the probate duty and other expenses required for
such probate and also pay as first charge all my other liabilities by way of taxes or
otherwise howsoever. I further state that in case of an unfortunate event where either
my son or daughter predeceases me the entire property would go to the surviving
family member, my son or daughter as the case may be in case of my death.

10. I state that I have made this will out of my free will and when I am in sound
health and in good understanding and in witness whereof I have put my signature
hereunder in the presence of witnesses on this 17th day of October, 2022
