SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Be it known to all that I, HARPREET KAUR wife of Mr. Jatinder Jit Singh
aged about 65 Yrs., resident of B-11, Second Floor, Greater Kailash
Enclave-I, New Delhi-110048, do hereby appoint, nominate, constitute
and authorize my husband Mr. Jatinder Jit Singh son of Late Shri
Madan Jit Singh resident of B-11, Second Floor, Greater Kailash
Enclave-I, New Delhi-110048, as my lawful Special Attorney in respect
of Entire Second Floor of Property bearing No. B-11, built on a plot of
land measuring 500 sq. yds. situated at Greater Kailash Enclave-I, New
Delhi-110048, comprising of four bedrooms with attached bathrooms,
one kitchen, drawing/dinning, front and rear balconies, one servant
quarter with common w. c. on the Top Terrace and one car parking
space in the driveway , alongwith proportionate, undivided, indivisible
and impartible ownership rights in the freehold land underneath with all
fittings and fixtures, electricity, water and sewer connections and all
common facilities and amenities available therein (hereinafter called the
said portion of the said Property), to do the following acts, deeds, and
things in my name and on my behalf under his own signatures:

1. To sign and execute Sale Deed in respect of my above said

Property to the intending purchaser and to receive full and final
sale consideration in my name and on my behalf and to submit the
same

before Sub-Registrar/competent authority concerned, to admit

execution and to collect the same from the concerned office and to
do all other acts, deeds and things which are required therein.

2. I do hereby agree, testify and confirm all acts, deeds, things and
whatever other acts of my said attorney shall lawfully do execute
or perform or caused to be done, executed or performed in
connection with the sale of my above said Property under and by
virtue of this deed.
