AFFIDAVIT

Affidavit of Mohan son of Tulsi, caste Khatik, am a resident of Kasba Muzaffar


Nagar, Pargana and District Muzaffar Nagar(UP),

I , the above named deponent do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

That, I am the absolute legal owner of built up property bearing no. 51B
measuring 760 sq.yds. with roof rights situated at 51-B New Mandi,
Muzaffarnagar, (U.P.) (hereinafter called “the said property”) bounded as
unde:

I have absolute legally right owner of this property, which was sold through
sale deed dated 27th October 1933 vide book no 1, volume no 724 page no
132 at no 2431 dated 27 October 1933 executed by Narottam in favour of me.

I have full rights to sell and transfer this property to anyone. This property is
free from all sorts of encumbrances i.e. gift, lean, sale, mortgage etc. There is
no co-owner or co-sharer of this property.

Now, I have sold this property in my full scence and mind and without any
pressure and coercion of any other person. I am sold above said property
against amount/sale consideration Rs.985/- (nine hundred eighty five only) to
Dr. Mahaveer Prasad Saxena s/o Dr. Danish Rai Saxena r/o 51B, , New Mandi,
Kasba Muzaffarnagar,pargana and District Muzaffarnagar UP also at Patti
Dehar Kasba Syana, District Bulandsher UP .

Vacate physical and actual possession of this property has been handed
over vide agreement dated on 20th October 1937 to the Purchaser Dr.
Mahaveer Prasad Saxena s/o Dr. Danish Rai Saxena r/o 51B, , New Mandi,
Kasba Muzaffarnagar, pargana and District Muzaffarnagar UP also at Patti
Dehar Kasba Syana, District Bulandsher UP.
Now, In future and at present I and my legal heirs have no any relation and
connection in the above said property and purchaser and his legal heirs. From
today 26. November 1937 Dr. Mahaveer Prasad Saxena s/o Dr. Danish Rai
Saxena becomes the absolute legal owner of this property. Total sale
consideration Rs.985/-(nine hundred eighty five only), has been received by
me in cash from purchaser Dr. Mahaveer Prasad Saxena s/o Dr. Danish Rai
Saxena . This way entire full and final consideration amount has been received
from Purchaser and nothing is remaining thereof. Today 26 November 1937
this property has been sold by me to Dr. Mahaveer Prasad Saxena s/o Dr.
Danish Rai Saxena completely with all rights on behalf of this agreement to
sell. This property which is bounded as under:

East: Road West: Other houseNorth: House No. 50 South: House no 52

Deponent has absolutely sold and disposed of the aforesaid house together
with its all internal and external rights to Dr. Mahaveer Prasad Saxena s/o
Dr. Danish Rai Saxena occupation doctor Mohan s/o Tulsi has
received complete amount of consideration rupees Rs. 985/- . Now nothing out
of the sale consideration remains due towards the buyer. The possession of
the said house has already been delivered to the aforesaid buyer who has
taken the same. Hence these few sentences in the shape of sale agreement on
receipt of sale consideration has been reduced into writing so that it may serve
as an authority and be of use in in time of need.

Deponent has no objection if the said property be substitute in the name of


aforesaid purchaser, in the concerned office/departments/authorities..

above affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief
and nothing has been conealed therefrom.
